SCHEME OF STUDIES
   School Curriculum:
   The school is affiliated to CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) and has all the three streams- SCIENCE (Mathematics),
    SCIENCE (Biology) & COMMERCE .
   At least 75% of attendance in the classes held is mandatory. Candidates taking up subject(s) involving practical examinations shall also be
   required to have put in at least 75% of the total attendance for practical work in the subject in the laboratory.
SCHEME OF EXAMINATION
   Class-IX-X
   Scheme of the Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation shall be as under:
   There shall be no Board Examination at Secondary (class X) level for students studying in the schools affiliated to the Board who do not wish
   to move out of the CBSE system after class X.
   Students of Schools affiliated to the Board who wish to move out of the CBSE system after class X (Pre-University, Vocational course,
   Change of Board, etc.) shall be required to take the Board's External Examination at Secondary (class X) level.

   Cumulative Grade Point Average(CGPA) would also be reflected in the Statement of Subject wise Performance /Grade Sheet cum Certificate
   of Performance.
   Note: Cumulative Grade Point Average(CGPA) is the average of Grade Points obtained in all the subjects excluding 6th additional subject as
   per Scheme of Studies. Subject wise and overall indicative Percentage of Marks can be assessed as under:
   Subject wise indicative percentage of marks = 9.5 x GP of the subject.
   Overall indicative percentage of marks = 9.5 x CGPA.
   Class XI-XII
   i)  Class XI examination shall be conducted by the schools.
   ii) The Board will conduct the external examinations at the end of Class XII.
   iii) Class XII examination will be based on the syllabi as prescribed by the Board for Class XII from time to time.
   iv) The qualifying marks in each subject of external examination shall be 33%. However, in a subject involving practical work, a candidate
       must obtain 33% marks in the theory and 33% marks in the practical separately in addition to 33% marks in aggregate, in order to qualify 
       in that subject.
   v) For awarding the grades, the Board shall put all the passed students in a rank order and will award grades as follows:
        A-1 Top 1/8th of the passed candidates
        A-2 Next 1/8th of the passed candidates
        B-1 Next 1/8th of the passed candidates
        B-2 Next 1/8th of the passed candidates
        C-1 Next 1/8th of the passed candidates
        C-2 Next 1/8th of the passed candidates
        D-1 Next 1/8th of the passed candidates
        D-2 Next 1/8th of the passed candidates
        E Failed candidates
